Wensink, counting down (Olbermann style) the five ways Kenny Rogers caused 9/11
I left my Southern Indiana hermitage Saturday night to venture into the Big City of Loo-A-Vuhl and attend the release party for Patrick Wensink’s new book, Black Hole Blues. I took photos with my iPhone, but as you can see (sort of) — the resolution sucked (resulting in images more representative of the work of a certain Abe Zapruder than a 21st century photographer).
Oh well. The evening wasn’t a total loss. During Wensink’s game show “Death To Kenny Rogers”, I won a Kenny 8-track tape and a deck of “The Gambler” playing cards. Even better, I picked up Wensink’s new book, Black Hole Blues . Get a load of that cover art — sweet!
