Win Free Bizarro Books This Week @ I READ ODD BOOKS

Back in November, reviewer Anita Dalton purchased two copies of How To Eat Fried Furries and gave them away during a promotion at her website, I Read Odd Books. She also reviewed the book, and lent it some fine praise that I found quite encouraging.  She ultimately judged Fried Furries one of her ten best reads of 2010.

This week, Anita is reviewing several of the other books in Eraserhead’s New Bizarro Author Series during a second “Bizarro Week” promotion.  I love that Anita gives Bizarro books this sort of attention.  Her reviews are pretty long — essays, really.  Anyone who’s on the fence about getting into Bizarro should read her stuff.

Review Site I READ ODD BOOKS Giving Away FREE Copies of FRIED FURRIES…

I don’t mean to harsh your collective mellow, dear readers, but as I write this it’s Sunday night.  Tomorrow morning, you’ll be face-to-face with the boss again.  This should be a quiet time, for introspection and sobering up.  Perhaps, if you’ve had a particularly rough weekend, you may need a debriefing on what you said and did.

Or, if you’re a gentler soul (such as myself) you may merely be scolding yourself for not getting as much ironing done over the weekend as you wish you had.

In any event, facing another Monday is not fun.

You need something to look forward to, and I have just the ticket.
